Not to get serious right away but I am a multiple trauma survivor - not particularly a fan of this term as it is associated with a sense of victimhood which I am far from but I could not think of any other adjectives from the dictionary to describe my journey. I’ve healed from child abuse and neglect, sexual abuse, narcissictic dominance and healed my anxious attachment tendencies. Am I scuff free perfect now? Not at all but I’m miles from where I used to be. Which is a shy introvert who always thought she was less than. The pictures on my site are daring and bold and that is for a purpose - I want to stand in my power and give permission others to do so as well. I cover everything from trauma healing to sacred sensuality that empowers you to stand in your own divinity. 

I am also a momma to a fast growing baby boy. Was an engineer in my corporate days but now I use science and spirituality to advance my awareness and consciousness and to help others to do the same to live a more joyful and free life.
